The deal, in plain terms.

KnackPack builds personalized Agent Skills — small instruction files you install into Claude (or another compatible AI app). You answer a short wizard about your work; we generate a skill packaged as a .zip and deliver it to your account. What you're buying is the finished skill file, not a subscription and not access to a hosted service.

KnackPack is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Anthropic. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic. You need your own access to Claude (any plan, including free) to use what we build. Skills are authored to the open agentskills.io standard.

You need an account to buy and download. Keep your login details secure and don't share your account; you're responsible for activity under it. Give us accurate information — we use your email to deliver what you buy. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Prices are shown on each skill's page and at checkout, in US dollars. Payment is a one-time charge processed by Stripe; we don't handle or store your card details. "Founding" prices are introductory and may rise later — the price you pay is the price shown at your checkout. Where required, tax may be added.

If a skill doesn't do the job, reply within 30 days and we'll refund what you paid. The full terms are on the refund policy page, and they're part of this agreement.

The skill we build for you is yours to use for your own work and business — install it, run it, adapt it, and keep using it for as long as you like. What you're not licensed to do is resell or redistribute the skill files, or our underlying templates, as a competing product. In plainer terms: use it all you want; don't repackage and sell it.

The wizard answers and files you provide stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to build, deliver, store, and let you re-download your skill (see the privacy policy).

Don't use KnackPack to build or produce anything unlawful, to impersonate someone, to upload data you don't have the right to share, or to upload records that identify a minor or that you're legally obligated to keep confidential. Don't attack, scrape, or try to break the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

Skills produce drafts, not finished decisions. AI output can be wrong, and the skill's suggestions reflect the answers you gave the wizard. You're responsible for reviewing what a skill produces before you send it to a parent, customer, or anyone else — especially anything with legal, financial, medical, or compliance weight. KnackPack isn't a lawyer, accountant, or licensed advisor, and its skills don't provide professional advice.

We aim to keep KnackPack running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Because your skill lives in your own account once delivered, a temporary outage on our side doesn't take away a skill you already downloaded.

KnackPack is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't warrant that a skill will fit every use or produce any specific result — that's what the 30-day refund is for.

To the extent the law allows, KnackPack and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the skill at issue. Some places don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

We may update these terms; we'll update this page and its effective date, and material changes affecting you will be called out. Continuing to use KnackPack after a change means you accept it. You can stop using KnackPack and delete your account anytime.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
